VersaTwosideThe latest product for the CatShack Reports to do a review on was the Versa Two Loader. If you are familiar with the Versa shell you are well aware of the really cool patterns and custom looks they can provide to you. The Versa Two combines all of the innovative features of the Versa shell with the internals of the Halo Invert Too loader.

This was shipped to me in a bland brown box as most products are but upon opening this lid with my handy dandy carpenters blade I was greatly pleased with the color combination that the black and red Skulz pattern gives you. Packaging of the actual loader is a nice blister pack design with gloss cardboard insert explaining all of the hoppers features in bright vibrant colors. The shell is flawless, and when I say this I mean there was absolutely no chips or obvious lack of pattern coverage over the entire shell of the hopper. So off to the gear bag I ran to get some fresh batteries to get this puppy up and running so I could see what I could do with this.

Let me go over the actual features of the hopper before I do the review portion.versatwospeedfeed

200+ ball capacity

Snap in/out lid

Larger than normal fill opening

Spring operated lid

Very heavy duty shells

Reinforced feed neck

Relocated and reinforced battery door

Available tournament feed adapter

So as you can see the hopper offers some really nice features in it’s shell system. I have both the speed feed lid assembly and the lid assembly and I prefer the lid, a quick tap on top of the lid and it pops open until you push it back into its locked position. The shell construction is a very rugged nylon/plastic based material held together with screws that thread into nuts, holding both sides of the shell together. If you prefer the speed feed type lid it is a simple swap out with no tools required. Just a simple snap out of the lid system and a snap back in for the speed feeding system and you are set; this will take no longer than a few seconds to complete.

So what are the hopper internal features?

20 balls per second feed rate

Ultra quiet belt drive

Freeway Anti-jam

Sound activated

1 Hour auto shut off

Low battery indicator

versatwofrontAs you can see the internals of the hopper will keep up with just about any firing mode you can throw at it for league play, fully complying with field and league rules.

So the review was completed in my yard as I feel most of them will be done over these winter months.

Marker: Dangerous Power Rev-i

Air system: Myth’d 68/4500 HPA tank

Barrel: Deadlywinds CF with .689 insert

Paint: 3 month old RPS(dimples galore)

Firing Mode: 15bps full auto

I took this hopper out into the yard in about 35 degree weather with some of the worst dimpled paintballs you will ever try to force through your hopper. This was done on purpose to try to jam up the hopper as this can be the case with sub par paint. So I fire up the marker, turn on the hopper and blast away at 15bps to see what would happen. To my utter surprise this hopper took the dimpled paint and fed it right into my marker without ever missing a beat, you would never have guessed the paint inside of it was stuff bought months ago for a tournament and then left in the closet without ever being turned again.versatwoback

I can recommend this product to everyone without having to worry about dirtying up my name in the industry. This is a product that deserves to be looked at when you are looking to purchase a new hopper. With very cool designs and a plethora of features to come along with them SPO is looking to take over the world in the near future.
