Red Dawn ~ Wolverines Revenge, based on the hit movie “Red Dawn” starring the likes of Patrick Swayze and C Thomas Howell released in 1984 is a real staple of the Ontario paintball scene. For a few years Flagraiders in Kitchener Ontario has provided paintball players a great winter game based on the movie and 2010 is no exception. Add this one to your itineraries as another of THE paintball games to attend, Sunday March 7th, 2010….The Catshack Reports will be there to cover this event in its entirety, where will you be? 
CAPTAIN: For groups, each team must name a team captain. The team captain will be solely responsible for all dealings on behalf of the team. Individual players are welcome and will be assigned to a team.
FEE: Fee for entry in game is $25.00 CDN per player if paid in full by Thursday March 4th, 2010 by 8:00pm or $35.00 per player thereafter. Member entry is $20. Sign up 9 players and the 10th entry is free.
Entry includes lunch. Vegetarian by request.
REGISTRATION: Registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. If player registrations exceed space available, those received first will be given priority. Please register early as walk-on space on game day is extremely limited.
FORFEITS: No cancellations will be permitted. Registration is not transferable and no refunds will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS!
AWARDS: Door prizes will be distributed at the end of the day. Players must be present be eligible for prizes.
EQUIPMENT: Any CO2 or compressed air paintball gun, .68 caliber shooting less than 280 feet per second will be allowed in the game. Players are encouraged to bring their own guns and protective eye wear. All equipment must be approved for paintball use and is subject to acceptance by Management.
PAINTBALLS & AIR: Paintballs will be available at the field in quantities of 500, 1000 and 2000. Price per case is $12
0. Field paint only. All Day Air included at no extra charge. All tanks must be TC approved.
PROCEDURES: Play will proceed in strict observation of the rules and regulations for the game. All players will be instructed at the beginning of play and referees will be available throughout the day. Barrel Bags and Goggles must be worn at all times.
TRAVEL: Teams will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements. Please car pool to the field where possible as parking is limited. Overnight accommodations are available locally, please call for details. Gates open at 7:30 am
INFORMATION: Upon receipt of registration form and
entry fee each player will be assigned to a team.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT: Rental equipment is available by reservation only. Phoenix Project rental package includes a semi automatic paintball marker, integrated goggle and facemask, camoflauge jacket, twin ammo pouch and 500 paintballs for $70. All equipment must be prepaid with a credit card. Please be advised that rental equipment is limited.
Years ago, Flag-Raiders Red Dawn was my first big game I ever played.
Of course, Big Game Scenarios are now my #1 choice when playing paintball.
I will definitely be there sporting my new Ushanka hat!!
