Northeastern Assassins is a Scenario paintball team, founded by Greg Williams, that originated out of the Scranton area of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Formed in 2005, the Sons of Vengeance squad started out as five guys out to have some fun recapturing our youth. In five short years we have taken this “weekend warrior” team to a recognizable powerhouse in our local Paintball community. The original five members, Johnny Tac, Davey Jones, Stacker Steve, Eddie at the Ready and Zombie Ed are all still playing together. Eighteen members (and growing) strong, we play with a sense of pride and sportsmanship that rises above the level of most professional athletes. Continue reading »
The Exiled Souls was started by Thomas ” BEAKER ” Heemer and Rob ” PISTOL WRAITH ” Morrow on March 23, 2010 following a split from another paintball team. In the beginning the team didn’t have a name. It was Scott Major and Scott Rubery two of the first members to join to join the crew that came up with the name of the team, “Exiled Souls Paintball Team”. Team Captain Thomas ” BEAKER” Heemer also approached another member of the roster Mike “DEVILS HONOR” Bittner who designed the team logo. Dave Meyers is one of those rare few still involved in the sport of paintball. One of the few remaining that care about the sport, he truly cares about those on his team and those that he sponsors. What can I say about Team Federation Guard that isn’t already on the teams website? The core members of the team originally were part of another house team at Tactical Paintball. Eventually a split saw them form their own team. Thus Team Federation Guard came into being. Why the name Federation Guard? If you look closely at their team logo you will note a Star Trek delta. Why? This team was formed by several members of a local Star Trek group called the USS Bexar of which members of the team belong. Continue reading »
