It seems both Greg “Red” Hastings and Scott “BadRevrend” Barnes love to pit their paintball skills against each other at least once a year. Likened to a clash of the titans these two highly skilled players make a point of getting together to put it to the test annually. Saturday May 12th, 2012 was another such contest of skill and wits.
Just when I thought it could not get any better than this… it did!Â At the end of 2010 I was quoted as stating ” WOW! that was by far the most awesome season of paintball ever, how can we possibly top that!” Well, 2011 did it and then some. Now the question becomes how will it be even possible to top 2011?
Camp X Paintball in Bowmanville, Ontario Canada played host to over 175 paintball enthusiasts Saturday October 8th, 2011 for the 1st Annual Battle for North America. While our two countries couldn’t be on more friendlier terms, as Greg Hastings so aptly puts it “Canadians have been crossing the border to the US for years to play paintball, its about time we cross the border and bring a battle or two to our cousins in the North”
Welcome Force Ten Paintball team from the Bowmanville area of Ontario, Canada. Force Ten represents Camp X Paintball abroad and does the field justice with a good solid group of paintball players that enjoy every minute they spend on the field. The recent Fang Fest at Camp X Paintball game held last Saturday, October 16th, 2010 went off with great weather slightly marred by some high winds but the spirits of the more than 150 paintballers in attendance were sky high
As the dust settled it was the Humans that managed to stay ahead in points the whole day but only by a small margin to take the win. As per the game format it was the Vampires vs Humans, with the Force Ten Paintball team acting as the “Half Bitten” thrown in the middle to battle it out with both sides.
