Fresh back from yet another EPIC adventure. As I sit here and reflect, I find it rather surreal where paintball has taken me and the sights and experiences I have had. Had it not been for the wide wide world of paintball, these moments would never have happened and for that I am beyond grateful.
TSSOC is excited to call Outdoor Xtreme Chesapeake City (OXCC) our new home field! This 120-acre facility has been growing for the past six years and hosts a number of premier scenario games like the annual Battle of the Bulge in December as well as high-profile speedball and tournament events including the PSP Mid-Atlantic Open, the Northeast Open, the Mid-Atlantic Paintball League and the Ultimate Woodsball League to name a few.
The second stop on PSP season brought us to OXCC Paintball Park in Maryland. Previously the site of the fourth event in the 2012 season, OXCC improved their fields and coordination to again make an excellent venue for Mid Atlantic Open. This beautiful paintball park lies just outside the historic river town of Chesapeake City. With many of its buildings and neighborhoods established in the early 19th century, this amazing little fishing town is a rare site of exquisite local food and drink with a welcoming attitude towards the paintball community.
“I’m very excited about the opportunity to help out in a coaching role with XSV. They have been one of the top teams in paintball over the past decade and it’s an honor to be able to work with the guys.
