Yet another caliber Scenario Paintball team descends on the Catshack to share their story, every team has a story and these guys are no exception!
Cobra Woodsball is based out of Houston, TX. Their team captain is Josh Taylor. Josh has been playing paintball since 1994 and is a US Army Veteran. He served as an Airborne Infantryman in the 82nd Airborne and finished his tour of duty with an Honorable Discharge. He has used his skills and charisma to train and mold the team into what it is today. You can see his team biography here:

The team was formed in March of 2007. It started out with a few guys who frequented the Survival Games of Texas field in Houston. They were all interested in taking their game play to a new level and decided to form a team based on higher standards. They soon started up a recruitment process to bring the right players to the team. Before long, they had recruited a number of players with different, but complementing skill sets. They quickly started to get noticed on the local fields as a team that made a difference. Â The strategies used at D-Day turned quite a few heads and gave them some success at a major scenario event. Upon their return home, their website forum started receiving traffic from all over the country from players and teams they had met and were soon becoming known in Texas and other states. It wasn’t long before other
teams were calling them out for support at different scenario events. Since the very beginning, their goal has been to play smart and aggressive, but also with honesty, integrity and good sportsmanship. These are qualities that they feel have been lacking from some aspects of the game. They have practices at least once a month on their private field and get together for team meetings at the local dining establishments. In addition, they often camp out before games and enjoy good bonding time with the team and/or other players and teams.
