Thanks to all that participated in last weeks Scavenger Hunt. I have been back a few times reading some of the articles that I came across and hope some of you find some needed info here too while you take your time searching for the hidden images. Now as far as Paintball goes, I live in Northwest Wisconsin and my field of choice has been Superior Paintball located just out of Superior Wisconsin. The Field Owner and Shop staff help to make this a great place to sling paint, and even have 2 Night games a year! I started here on a work outing with co-workers back in 2007. In 2008 I was able to talk my Brother-in-Law into joining with me, followed by all 3 of my younger brothers in 2009. Now I can usually bring 2 to 4 of my brothers with whenever I hit the field. 2010 is already looking like I’ll be adding 1 to 3 more people so we will have to see how that goes!
My markers of choice are my X7 and my Tiberius T9 (usually running as a pistol) and most know me as Awwshoot. It’s just a name I picked since it helps me to remember to have fun and it’s a good way to start a conversation with a laugh when first talking to someone. That and I just couldn’t see starting out with anything macho since I was mainly a running target in the beginning. I’m also the one usually bringing more then I need to make sure those I bring have a marker and gear if they didn’t bring their own. Nothing too fancy but it helps them so they do not rush in and buy something they may regret or may not ever use.
