Marcos Salvatierra aka MaC of the Parisanos Paintball Team in Tucuman, Argentina also heads up the tech section of that countries major paintball forum. Marcos took the liberty of passing along an interesting upgrade made by one of his associates for the TPX Pistol.
Marcos declares this as the ultimate upgrade for TPX.
This new rechargeable chamber made by Kanussa, warrants a look see, those who have gotten and used one express great satisfaction with the newly added part.
Without permanent modifications to the TPX all you got to do is remove the CO2 Cap Receiver Insert and the CO2 Cap and replace them with the rechargeable chamber
Then you slide the chamber into the TPX and assemble with the TPX´s body by pushing the chamber towards the puncture valve sealing this joint just like the 12 gr does, until the guides for the CO2 Cap Receiver Insert fits the four orifices in the chamber (you can do the all thing just by unscrewing all the bolts half way and without disassembling the entire pistol)
And it´s done! you got your chamber installed
To make a charge all you got to do is screw in the chamber the tank adapter also done for the purpose and do the same thing with a CO2 cylinder
Turn the valve to a ON position where a pin push the valve in the Cylinder letting the gas pass through filling the chamber, this procedure has to be done with the cylinder´s bottom up, so you can use the liquid CO2 on it
With a well done charge you can do 30 shots more or less
so has this product gone any further or is it still a 1 off custom.
