Dave Voortman of Flasc Paintball shares one his latest innovations, an adapter to allow a TM7 series Rip Clip to fit onto a Tippmann X7 or X7 Phenom.
Dave is always looking for products to design and create giving his customers means to modify their markers in a variety of ways. The following are the specifications and a description of his latest work courtesy of Dave himself.
The adapter will allow the use of both the BT4 and the new TM Series rip clips to be used on both the X7 or the X7 Phenom, on the Phenom its recommended to use the TM series Rip Clip due to the extra sensitivity designed for quieter electro-pneumatic markers. The Rip Clip is capable of 20+ BPS out of the box, and is more gentle on paint then a fully upgraded cyclone, it also includes a rip drive to manually load a stack of balls or to unwind and back out paintballs in the unlikely event of a jam, an air plug will be included with the X7 Version as one is with the A5 version to plug the airline to help give a slight increase to efficiency, very little air is used to power the cyclone but air is still used, take that out of the equation and it will go towards propelling the paintball instead. The rip clip gets 8000 rounds+ on 4AA batteries.
Other new products include
our T8.1 / 9.1 Barrel system, we recently released the first aftermarket barrel for the new Tiberius Markers, the barrels are First Strike Ready and are 8†long and can be extended with the Flasc extensions to 11â€13†14†16†plus the length of any tips used to get up to 20†total length. Also included is a slightly offset view hole to keep debris out of the marker while allowing clear view of any paintball in the chamber.
