The dates and venues will be:
- Feb 4/5: Super6/1: District 10 – Nottingham – Shoreline Paintball
- Mar 17/18 – Super6/2: Back to the Future – Holmbush – Shoreline Paintball
- Jun 9/10 – Super6/3: Chocolate Factory – Yorkshire – YPC
- Sep 8/9 – Super6/4: The Planet Eclipse Big Game: Staargate – Wakefield – Shoreline Paintball
- Oct 13/14 – Super6/5: Time Wars – Cobham – Campaign Paintball
You will notice that the 2012 Super6 season will contain five events. Due to the proliferation of Big Games next year, we did not want to overcrowd the calendar with an additional weekend. So we’ll condense Super6 down into five events for the 2012 season. Continue reading »

Sawyer and Max’d Kidz competed the first weekend of The NPPL’s D-League in Oceanside at Shawn Walker’s Camp Pendleton Paintball Park. 7-man, D2.
Result – 4th Place Podium spot. We were disappointed with the finish. The team went unbeatable in the prelims and had the #1 seed going into the playoffs. All went well until we hit the Semi-Finals…and then sort of fell apart. A second consecutive 1st Place would have been great. It was right there in our reach – and we just missed it. Passive Reduction of Enemy Threats via Tactical Yapping (A.K.A Pretty Boy)
I like to use my walkie talkie to find out when the hotdogs are generally ready .
Recon for the first part of this tactic was set in motion way back in the parking lot, where I began to access potential targets. My years on the circuit mean I have encountered many of my potential targets on previous operations and have for the most part engaged them successfully. Selecting a previously targeted mark is tempting and in some cases necessary, however I’m the kind of guy who likes to meet new people, some for the first and last encounter and others I have developed long standing friendships with. Max’d Kidz opened up their 2011 season last weekend playing Division 2 in RPL Event #1 in Southern California. The competition was stiff and the team came up just short of what would have been miraculous, a first place finish at their first Division 2 tournament, bumping up from Division 4 last season. The squad made it to the finals but couldn’t quite get over the hump and ended up taking 2nd place. First place would have been great, but we are still pleased with 2nd place to open up a new season in a higher division. Continue reading »
