2008 was a bad year for many in the paintball industry worldwide with the beginnings of the recession. When Pacific Paintball filed for bankruptcy many paintball businesses associated with it
also went under, unfortunately this included PB2X magazine. At the beginning of January of this year, the former editor of PB2X magazine, John Amodea, surrounded himself with former staff members and proceeded to open his own publication he called X3 Paintball magazine. Since that time several online issues have been published under his direction some of which included some articles written by yours truly. As a representative of the Canadian paintball scene we are thankful for editors like Mr. Amodea who has been gracious enough to lend some much deserved exposure to the many great fields, teams and individuals that are very much a part of the community here.
