- Sep 8/9 – Super6/4: The Planet Eclipse Big Game: Staargate – Wakefield – Shoreline Paintball
- Oct 13/14 – Super6/5: Time Wars – Cobham – Campaign Paintball
You will notice that the 2012 Super6 season will contain five events. Due to the proliferation of Big Games next year, we did not want to overcrowd the calendar with an additional weekend. So we’ll condense Super6 down into five events for the 2012 season. Continue reading »

World Cup Asia 2011, officially recognized by the royal patron, her highness the Princess of Kedah, was launched with plenty of pomp and ceremony at the opening dinner held at the One Hotel on Langkawi Island, Malaysia. For the first time many of the paintball foreign journalists and photographers laid eyes on the royal family and enjoyed the speeches, dinner and entertainment provided by richly adorned youth who performed dances in traditional Malaysian style. Tippmann Challenge UK – fastest selling paintball event in history
- 4 minutes 32 seconds
- 714 tickets
- 2.6 tickets per second
- 157.5 tickets per minute
In extraordinary scenes in Europe, the UK’s Tippmann Challenge event run by Shoreline Paintball sold out less than five minutes after online bookings were opened. The scramble for tickets was made even more astonishing given that the event is not taking place until July 2012……a full nine months away. The Catshack Reports Paintball News recently completed our full assessment of a 16″ DeadlyWind Barrel with the all new Apex Tip accessory. Our initial impressions were very favorable, the barrel arrived in a standard cardboard shipping box. Once opened we found the barrel in a standard plastic barrel tube with a carefully wrapped Apex Tip alongside it. No extra fancy packaging, just the hardware, I am all for doing away with some of the marketing aesthetics to help keep the cost of a product down. Continue reading »
